From July 1st to 7th, a delegation of 11 General Directors and Deputy Directors from Chinese hospitals visited two major healthcare institutions in our country: ASL Roma 1 and the Niguarda Ca’ Granda Hospital Trust. Through the organization of MEDEX ITALY | International Medical Exchange Center, the Chinese delegation met with the general and health management of Italian hospitals, sharing ideas, opinions, and presentations on the Italian Healthcare System, hospital management, quality, and safety. The Chinese Directors also visited the Spinal Unit of Niguarda, one of the major Italian centers for Rehabilitation, and the Sistine Wards and the Lancisiana Library of the Santo Spirito In Saxia Hospital. The exchange provided the opportunity to further strengthen the relationships between the two countries and between the Italian and Chinese hospitals, as well as to enhance the exchange of practices and knowledge aimed at improving healthcare and hospital management for shared well-being.
