From September 10th to 18th, organized by Medex-Italy, the General Director of AUSL Bologna Paolo Bordon, the Director of the Endoscopic Pituitary and Cranial Base Surgery Center at the Institute of Neurological Sciences (ISNB) of Bologna Diego Mazzatenta MD, and the Director of the Cardiology Unit of the Maggiore Hospital of Bologna Gianni Casella visited three major Chinese hospitals: the Jiangnan University Hospital in Wuxi, the Liaoning People’s Hospital in Shenyang, and the Harbin First Hospital. During the visits, they had the opportunity to present the Italian National Health Service (SSN) and their respective departments, as well as engage in discussions with Chinese colleagues on specific aspects of their disciplines and complex clinical cases. At the Harbin First Hospital, they also participated in the 100th Anniversary of the Hospital, where DG Bordon signed a collaboration agreement and delivered a moving speech about the importance of friendship and collaboration between China and Italy, as well as scientific cooperation as a shared enrichment.
